Today is the
day that we focus on relationship! Set those norms early with the students and
make sure they know and understand the procedures. I was often told as a
teacher that you should never smile until December! While I don't quite buy
that, I do believe you have to begin with firm and fair expectations while at
the same time letting students know that this is going to be a great
experience. Sounds easy, but it is not!

There has been
much discussion about the concept of the flipped classroom. Social Studies teachers viewed the following

To everyone for making sneak preview so
successful! I heard many compliments about how well organized the event was and
they loved our shirts! There is a very positive and welcoming atmosphere here
and people (except for two or three affidavit grouchies) feel it when they come
through the doors.
He will return soon!!!
